Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) How to do: Lie on stomach, legs extended, tops of feet on mat. Place palms under shoulders, elbows close to ribs. Inhale, press into palms, lift chest off the mat. Keep elbows slightly bent, shoulders down. Hold 15–30 seconds, then lower gently.
