Why does the delivery date not match the X–Y business days timeline?

Delivery timelines may change if the seller or courier partner has a holiday between your order date and estimated delivery. Some delivery partners also do not operate on Sundays, which is factored into the delivery schedule.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers usually dispatch items based on availability and timelines shown on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time depends on the seller offering the product, product availability, your delivery location, and delivery partner efficiency.

Why does estimated delivery time differ for each seller?

Delivery time may vary due to stock availability, seller location, destination pincode, and courier partner efficiency. Each seller’s processing time may differ depending on warehouse and logistic arrangements.

Why can’t the seller ship to my location?

Some products cannot be shipped to certain areas due to seller limitations, legal restrictions, or lack of courier coverage. Enter your pincode on the product page to check if delivery is available to your area.

Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available in my location?

COD availability depends on courier partner ability, cash limit for your pincode, and order value. Some high-value or specialized products may not support COD.

I need to return an item. How is pickup arranged?

Returns are easy. Contact our support to initiate a return. Pickup will be arranged via our logistic partners wherever possible. If pickup isn’t available, you may return the item using a third-party courier. Return shipping cost is borne by the seller.

I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, report the issue within 7 days. Our support team will investigate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

In Stock: Ready for immediate dispatch. Available: Seller will procure after order placement. Preorder/Forthcoming: Ships on release date. Out of Stock: Product not available currently. Imported: Sourced internationally; may take 10+ days. Back in Stock Soon: You can book in advance. Temporarily Unavailable: Might restock soon. Permanently Discontinued: No longer produced. Out of Print: Not being published anymore.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not provide international shipping. Customers may place orders from outside India, but the delivery address must be within India.
