Our Return Policy

At Sakhi|Healthcare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items such as medicines, supplements, and personal care products are non-returnable unless damaged or expired.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Personal care and wellness items
  • Medical devices that have been used
  • Customized or special-order products

Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  • Login to your account and go to Orders.
  • Select the product you want to return and submit a request.
  • Our support team will contact you for verification.
  • Eligible products will be picked up and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@sakhihealthcare1.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
