  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Medicines and healthcare products are only refundable if damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Medical devices that show signs of usage
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Click on the item you wish to refund and submit a request.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Contact your credit/debit card company as it may take time before your refund is posted.
