Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana) How to do: Start on hands and knees, wrists under shoulders, knees under hips. Cow Pose: Inhale, arch your back, drop belly, lift head and tailbone. Cat Pose: Exhale, round your spine, tuck chin and tailbone in. Flow between Cat and Cow with each breath for 5–10 rounds.
